Unusual Scaffolding solution: Cantilevered instead of positioning. New engineered working scaffold solution.
Scaffolding solution made with PERI VARIOKIT and PERI UP as well as MULTIPROP
Platforms and Trolley planned by PERI and developed with VARIOKIT and PERI UP.
The system´s uniform 25 cm modular grid arrangement of the VARIOKIT and PERI UP made the implementation of the PERI solution easy.

Complete refurbishment of the 5-star Hotel Le Royal in the Luxembourg city centre

Requirements

  • Elaborate core refurbishment in only 9 months 
  • Hotel tract with 165 rooms completely gutted
  • Expansion construction measures on the ground floor prevent erection of facade scaffolding and anchoring to the facade of the hotel
  • Removal of rubble as well as large-sized wall and slab panels through the window opening
